Eclectic Glam Elopement

When I first saw this Elopement Style Shoot I could not help imagining it taking place at a North Alabama venue. This shoot is the perfect inspiration for a couple planning a wedding or a reception at The Camp here in Huntsville, Alabama. When I saw Flamingo Springs Trailer Resort I was like wow!! How cool is this..you have to check it out!!

I can totally see Tanya Castella from Social Icing Weddings + Events vision. In her words, ” I wanted to bring some elements of a shotgun Vegas wedding paired with old school rock and roll sprinkled with New York Glam.” Which is exactly what she did. I could see all of these elements in the photos and with the help of a team of great vendors and models they knocked this one out of the “trailer park”.

The photographer on the shoot, Laurence from Lyt Creative, shot in a more editorial photo style and even jumped in the pool to get some great shots. That is real dedication!

The dress was made by local designer A.Brooks Designs in Prairie Grove, AR. Her designs have been featured in NWA Bridal Fashion Week.

Amanda Jean, HMUA, did two different looks for each gown. The first was very soft and the second a more sophisticated night-time look inspired by Lana del Rey.

Cynthia Eubanks of Ollie and Marie’s designed the two pieces located at the head table. The tropical vibe that included orchids and and palm leaves made the desert Vegas inspiration really come alive.

Sam of Anarchy Cake Studios made a three-tier cake with a burnt orange detail that tied everything together very well. The cake added a splash of color that can’t be missed.
